Oh, hi there, I’m Harvey. Here is the bit we all hate writing, and to be honest we all cringe reading. The best plan is to keep this short and sweet with some bullet points and cliff notes on my story, and how I am the coach I am today.
Went to school, and was the very sporty, active, tall and lanky kid. Found myself at Uni the tired, achey, tall and fat kid. Over the next few years went on a mission to not only fix it but understand why. This lead me to where I am today. Wanting to share the experiences and knowledge with all of you.
Where am I today?
I sit here today with the potential to create a new alphabet after my name, but does it mean anything? Well only you can decide that. My thoughts on coaching?
It is ALWAYS your choice. I won’t tell you to do this or do that, we are all adults. Evidence based advice, and logical guidance is what I want to give you. If you don’t want to listen, that’s all up to you. Cult like preaching, or being patronised on a set of scales every week isn’t what you are going to get here. We don’t ban foods, nor do we treat everyone the same. It’s your life, and your rulebook.
