What makes us different?
What a great question, is it the qualifications? The continued learning and development? Even the equipment in the studio? Maybe. We would say its our ability to see everyone as a person. We all have to move well and frequently, we all want to lose fat, tone up and be comfortable in our skin. But, we are all different. Everyone here has a different backstory and life, and are all treated as such. ‘What works for me, will work for you’ doesn’t have a place here.
There isn’t empty promises here, only frank discussion about your situation. If you’re after validation for what you’re doing now is working, its probably not the best place. We only want to progress you where you are at now and add quality to your life.
What is the difference between 1-2-1 and semi private?
1-2-1 is exclusively you, which gives us the time to focus more on the finer details. You can make more than enough progress in our semi-private option, this just allows us to go into a bit more detail and not be as time pressed. For some people its incredibly beneficial, for others its not needed. If we think you will be in fine in semi private, we will let you know. It doesn’t mean you have to, but life’s better with options.
